Doxing People In Real-Time With Meta Glasses

Two Harvard students created a demo showing how Meta's Ray-Ban smart glasses can be used for real-time doxxing, revealing personal details like addresses and phone numbers using facial recognition and public databases.

Their project, called I-XRAY, highlights the privacy risks of combining AR glasses with easily accessible technology like PimEyes.

Though the students claim their goal is to raise awareness, and the demo what’s currently possible with the tech we have in civilian hands.
