Deep Learning models gain a deeper understanding of the data by analyzing it through multiple layers of neural networks.

Unlike ML, which often needs a bit of hand-holding in spotting features, DL is an independent archeologist who finds artifacts in raw data all by itself.

However, DL also needs lots of computational power to build its’ algorithm and provide solutions.

How do ML & DL work together?

It's not always ML vs. DL; sometimes, they work together as dynamic duo where ML is the strategist, and DL is the executor.

For things like transfer learning, where they take a pre-trained DL model (like a veteran actor) and tailor it to new roles.

Or hybrid models, where they mix and match their skills to outperform in areas like healthcare and finance.
