Why it Bites: Model races are commoditizing.

Distribution (browser), hardware (Ive device), and new surfaces (social, BCI) are the real moats.

If OpenAI pulls this off, it stops being “the ChatGPT company” and starts looking more like Alphabet x Apple.

The risk: execution sprawl and trust.
