šŸ¤“ Stupid Simple: Iā€™m Writing Again... Finally

The Real Reason I Went Quiet for 8 Months

Itā€™s been nearly 8 months since I wrote a weekend segment for The Daily Bite šŸ˜”

Originally, I paused the writing so I could focus on building the team at Snack Prompt. I was on a mission to find a world-class CTO, the best product minds, brilliant devsā€”every role weā€™d need to build something special.

And we did it.

Today we have over 15 people on the team. Just a year ago, we had three devs building around the clock, trying to stay afloat.

But here's the plot twist no one told me: the more people you hire, the harder it gets to write. Not easier.

I spend more time onboarding than building. I spend more time writing docs than writing ideas. Every person I bring onā€”while amazingā€”adds new systems, new processes, new dependencies. And suddenly the thing I thought I was ā€œfreeing myself up to doā€ (like writing)... feels even harder to get to.

Hereā€™s what Iā€™ve realized:

As long as youā€™re a founder, there will never be time to do the things you want to do. Only things that are urgent.

So whatā€™s the fix?

Do them anyway.

ā€¦even at the expense of something else.

Because if you only serve whatā€™s urgent, youā€™ll always neglect what actually matters.

So Iā€™ve made a small commitment: I write a little bit every day. No matter what. That way, by the time the weekend comes, the newsletter doesnā€™t feel like another last-minute sprintā€”itā€™s just ready.

Youā€™d think that, being head-deep in AI, Iā€™d automate the whole thing by now.

And technically... I can. Iā€™m now able to.

We actually built a tool that makes AI think like you.

No joke. Believe it or not, wanting to write my weekend pieceā€”Stupid Simpleā€”and not finding the time, while also realizing AI could never write as I would, led me to build a tool that made AI a bit more humanā€¦ a bit more me.

I always say, every AI workflow comes down to this:

Command + Context = Output

Most people only think about the command:

ā€œWrite me a newsletterā€¦ā€

And yes, AI can do that. Itā€™ll write something.

But will it sound like you?

Will it capture your voice, your values, your weird way of making a point? Will it mention that time you broke your agency at 25 because you couldnā€™t articulate creative vision?

No.
Because the context isnā€™t there.

Thatā€™s the magic. Thatā€™s the missing piece. If AI only knew what you knewā€”it would write, think, and even solve problems the way you would.

Thatā€™s the obsession Iā€™ve had over the last yearā€¦
And it led us to build what we believe is AIā€™s second brain. The ability to clone yourself into an AI.

A way to ā€œuploadā€ your knowledge into AIā€”so that when you say: ā€œwrite me a newsletterā€¦ā€

ā€¦it actually sounds like you wrote it. It talks about the things you would talk about. It feels less like talking to AI, and more like talking to a smarter version of yourself. It writes as you would.

And handles any tasks as you wouldā€¦

We call it the ā€˜KMS: Knowledge Management Systemā€™

Itā€™s live (not perfect, maybe you will find a bug or two, but itā€™s pretty good). You can use it.

KMS is a place to store everything about youā€”your business, your voice, your frameworks, your workflowsā€”so AI can tap into it anytime. Like in The Matrix, when they plug in and instantly know kung fu. Thatā€™s what it feels like.

  • You stop explaining yourself.

  • You stop correcting ChatGPT.

  • You stop starting from scratch.

Instead, you get to collaborate with a smarter version of yourselfā€”someone who knows everything you know, and more.

collaborate with a smarter version

ā

collaborate with a smarter version of yourself

This tool has helped me:

  • Draft better content in half the time

  • Speed up my thinking (and research)

  • Use AI like an actual human partnerā€”not just a text generator

I believe the tool is about 90% done, and weā€™re improving it every day. But I already know thereā€™s nothing else like itā€”and itā€™s going to change the way people use AI.

...and as busy as I am, I want to personally hop on Google Meet with a few of you and help you build your Knowledge Base.

So hereā€™s the plan:

Click this link to join my private Slack. DM me there (search: Eder Teixeira once youā€™re inside), and letā€™s chat and set a time to build a knowldge base for you!

Letā€™s duplicate your brain.

Letā€™s finally make AI feel like you.

Talk soon,
Eder
