🤓 Stupid Simple: the 4 real Skills left
You still have an edge

I used to pay $70,000+ to have someone smart on my team.
Someone with intelligence that could get things done…
Smart developers. Marketing guys. Operators.
People who could think fast, solve hard problems, and do things well.
Today?
That same intelligence costs me $20/month (that’s the price of a ChatGPT subscription).
We used to value intelligence because humans did the work.
But now that machines do the work...
How do we measure our own value?
What makes you valuable in a world where intelligence is basically free? (or $20/month)
Let’s rewind…
Where do humans fit into the modern workflow? Take a look at this formula
Workflow Formula
Command + Context = Output
Here’s how we used to spend our time inside of this formula:
Before AI:
Command: 5%
Context: 10–20%
Output: 70–80% (your time, energy, brainpower)
After AI:
Command: still 5%
Context: now 80–90%
Output: AI handles it—in seconds.
That’s the shift.
That’s where your time goes.
Context is your leverage.
This is where we will start to spend all of our time!
You’re not the worker anymore.
You’re the architect.
(Or as I said in last week’s email: the conductor of the orchestra.)
And if you read that email, you already get it—
Being a generalist > Being a specialist.
In other words, you don’t need to be crazy intelligent to do remarkable things. The game has flipped.
The 4 Most Important Skills
So What’s Actually Valuable Now? If intelligence is cheap, what’s rare?
These 4 skills:
Taste — Can you tell what’s good? From an article to a design.
Attention to Detail — Can you spot what’s off? Can you help AI build consistency (its biggest weakness)?
Communication — Can you explain things clearly, not cleverly? Simple = scalable.
Speed — Can you validate fast enough to keep things moving? Or are you the bottleneck?
We’re no longer limited by tools.
We’re limited by taste, attention to detail, communication and speed…
In other words: Soft skills just became hard skills.
Context is the final frontier.
You need:
Clarity of thought.
Clarity of direction.
Clarity of communication.
Learn to manage those—and you’ll outperform 99% of people still stuck “doing the work.”

I’m stepping back from the daily build to take some time to breathe & connect with people.
Last week, I offered free 1:1 calls to five people inside my private Slack.
And the convos were amazing. Just building friendships in the space. Not selling you anything.
This week, I want to hop on a few more calls and just talk over these things…
If you’re building a business, running an automation agency, or just want to improve your personal AI workflows— Let’s grab a cup of coffee (if you are in the Dallas area) or schedule a call (for the 200k+ of you that don’t live in Dallas).
👉 Join the Slack and DM Me (search for: Eder Teixeira once you are inside)
No charge. Just building a tight community of people who think this way.

Back to the core idea
If you took anything from this email, I want you to walk away with this…
That in a world where you no longer do the work...
You get to double down on what makes you you:
Your taste.
Your judgment.
Your ability to communicate clearly.
That’s the new leverage.
And it’s yours—if you use it well.
Talk soon,
Eder

A fun little gift
Turn Yourself Into a 3D Character 🍭

Yes, this is as fun as it sounds.
I found a prompt that lets you transform yourself into a Pixar-style 3D character using ChatGPT-4o + images—and it’s honestly hilarious (and weirdly good).
Here’s how it works:
Upload one of the reference photos below
Upload a photo of yourself (right after)
Run the prompt
It takes less than 30 seconds—and the results are insane.
Have fun turning yourself into a dope 3D character. 🫡

I want to hear from you
Question… 🗳️
This year, I want to build real relationships and create a family in this space. In a world where AI is isolating people—I want to bring us closer. In a world where AI is isolating people—I want to bring us closer. But where should we build it? |
